Your place

Refunds

• Full refund if you cancel more than [X] days before the intake starts.
• [X]% refund if you cancel within the first [X] days of the course.
• No refund after [X], since the material has been delivered.
• Full refund if we cancel or postpone an intake and the new dates do not suit you.

Attendance and recordings

Sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students. Recordings are for your own study only and may not be shared, resold or republished.

Conduct

We expect students to treat each other and the teaching team with respect. We may remove a student for harassment or for sharing course material, without refund.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee employment. The course is training, and outcomes depend on your own work and the job market.
