What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and city.
What you are doing now and any testing experience, as given on the registration form.
Anything you type into the optional questions or the contact form.
Your IP address at the time you submit a form, kept for fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store card details. Payments go to Razorpay, who handle them under their own privacy policy and PCI obligations. We only receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

Why we collect it

To process your registration and take the course fee.
To confirm your email address actually belongs to you.
To contact you about the course you registered for: schedule, joining links, feedback.
To answer enquiries you send us.

We rely on the consent you give at registration. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Razorpay, to take payment. Our email provider, to deliver mail to you. Nobody else. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to recruiters or advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enrolled students: for [X] years after the course ends, for certification records. Registrations that never completed payment: [X] months, then deleted. Contact messages: [X] months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete everything. Email mohua@troodongameacademy.com and we will act within [X] days.
